“This
valet service is the best service B.M.C could have gotten! I would
not be able to got to any doctor's appointments, physical therapy
or tests if it was not for the courteous, professional and congenial
staff, as I walk with two crutches and cannot walk very far at all.
They are even professional when they have several cars come in at
once. Making sure everyone is taken care of in their turn. They
are also very good about getting wheelchairs for those who need
them and helping those who have canes, walkers, and crutches. They
do all this while working around buses, taxis, ambulances, an other
cars going by to get into the parking garage! Through rain, sleet,
snow and subzero temperatures, they come out to the vehicle with
a smile and a 'Hi, how are you today? See you when your are done.'
Another thing is they treat my care with utmost respect!“

“He went way beyond the call of duty when I had to
get my two elderly parents from urgent car to the ER. I pushed my
Mother in the wheelchair and he drove my Dad and his walker to the
ER. He made a very stressful situation manageable. Please give him
my gratitude and A huge pat on the back.“
